What we cannot help with
Jumpiqo does not rent out bounce houses, tents or party equipment. If you booked a rental from a business that uses Jumpiqo, please contact that business directly about your booking, deposit or refund. We cannot give legal, tax or insurance advice or tell you whether your event needs a permit; your city can.
